To build the right HR
strategies is not an easy work. I'm not sure exactly how to build the HR
system but individually the important things to do right are :
1. Internal HR
+ To review the key HR
metrics/Scorecard to measure the effectiveness of HR policies and systems.
+ To review your HR
Structure and your staff's competencies whether they can meet your requirements
and the organisation's requirements. Have you made clear the Role and
Responsibilies among HR and line
+ To review the
effectiveness of HR Service Delivery and HR Process whether they meet the needs
of the other functions and more practical to meet the need of the busines
2. External - Other
functions and business
+ to understand the key
issues of each function and how we can support them in term of HR related
issues
+ What are the key
challenges (risks and opportunites) of the business?
+ What are your key HR
challenges vs the business requirements
etc.
Just some sharing and
it is still having somethings insight need to understand and to identify, then
we will have solutions for each problem.
